A journalism workshop for reporting on the e-government strategy was launched in the Caspian Business Center today. The training course is organized by the Multimedia Center and is targeted at high school journalism students. Multimedia Center head Osman Gunduz informed the participants about the training program. According to Gunduz, the workshop is aimed at training the journalists for professionally reporting on the e-government strategy.

The Ministry of Education and the Multimedia Center NGO have developed a New Media program for training of online journalists.
Preparation and publication of programs have been implemented under the project: “Improving teaching new media in higher education institutions” carried out by the Multimedia Center and the IREX with the support of the US-Azerbaijan Fund for Media Development under the U.S. Embassy.
